Projects

This page lists active, live, and disclosed projects developed under the systems.* operating doctrine. Each project reflects real constraints, operational intent, and documented evolution. Nothing here is speculative unless explicitly labeled as such.

systems.*

Status: Active / Canonical

A personal operating doctrine for building, evaluating, and maintaining small systems under real-world constraints. systems.* defines how projects are conceived, stressed, documented, and evolved over time.

The framework is structured around four layers: system narrative, operational proof, failure artifacts, and reusability boundaries. It prioritizes clarity, auditability, and long-term coherence over speed or aesthetics.

systems.homegymstud.io

Status: Live / Reference

A dedicated documentation surface for systems.* artifacts. This microsite exists to treat documentation as a first-class system output rather than an afterthought.

Content is versioned, intentionally minimal, and written to remain legible under time, context loss, and future reinterpretation. Marketing language is deliberately excluded.

homegymstud.io — Strength System

Status: Active / Iterative

A one-person, gym-based (for now) strength training system designed around repeatable routines, and long-term sustainability. The project explores how physical training can be treated as a system rather than a program. The homegym is a future project.

Current work focuses on constraint definition, routine stability, and manual tracking. Telemetry and automation are deferred until the system earns them through consistency.

Unfvckwthble

Unfvckwthble is a mindset and discipline project focused on standards, execution, and personal responsibility. It exists to challenge performative motivation and comfort-driven thinking, replacing them with clarity, consistency, and identity-based action. The content is intentionally minimal—short statements designed to surface uncomfortable truths rather than provide reassurance or tactics.

Unfvckwthble is not a coaching funnel, quote repository, or motivational brand. It is a filtering mechanism: ideas meant to resonate with those already inclined toward discipline and self-mastery, and to repel the rest.

This project is sponsored and supported by homegymstud.io as part of a broader exploration into systems, habits, and sustainable personal optimization.

Personal Infrastructure Stack

Status: Operational / Private-First

A small, self-managed infrastructure spanning local control, multiple VPS nodes, monitoring, VPN access, DNS, and a public-facing DMZ. Designed to support projects without becoming a project itself.

Emphasis is placed on resilience, observability, and low operational overhead rather than scale or novelty.

Tcl / Eggdrop Systems Tooling

Status: Experimental / In Use

A collection of Tcl-based scripts developed to explore state tracking, operational visibility, and human-readable control feedback in constrained environments.

These tools are actively used internally, follow strict debugging and logging conventions, and serve as experiments in long-lived, low-dependency system control. When I'm proud enough, I will make these scripts available for download in this space. For now, you can see them in action by logging into irc.undernet.org and visiting...

#eggdrop.ph

Status: Active / Public

#eggdrop.ph was created in early 2020, during the first pandemic lockdowns, as a quiet corner on Undernet for Filipino eggheads scattered across the world. What began as a nostalgia project—a return to IRC, bots, and long-form thinking—slowly turned into a small but familiar hub where people drifted in, talked shop, and disappeared again.

Today, the channel is mostly quiet. I’m usually here testing bots, breaking things, rebuilding them, and keeping the lights on. A few familiar nicks still pass through from time to time. In that sense, it has become nostalgia twice over: a reminder of what IRC once was, and of the people who made it worth staying logged in.

The door is still open. #eggdrop.ph remains what it always was meant to be—a place to idle, experiment, talk systems, or say nothing at all. Maybe the others will return.
